Oola Club Notes - 12th March







U9 Nursery Program:

Oola and Doon GAA Movement Skills programme for U9's takes place every Monday for the next 4 weeks.

All children U9 welcome to attend.


Results:

Oola Senior Footballers played their first competitive match of the year as they faced Mountcollins in the County League on Sunday last in Oola. The score at half time was Oola 1-6 Mountcollins 0-3, Oola went on to win the match on a scoreline of 1-11 to 1-9.

Ladies Minor Football League:

Oola Minor Ladies recorded a win in the league beating St. Bridget's 1-8 to 2-3.


Lotto:

Results of Oola Weekly Lotto 7th March 2018.  No Winner. Numbers drawn 8, 13, 14, 26.

Match 3’s: Declan Delaney Caherconlish, Thomas Ryan Oola.

Lucky Dips: Tommy Ryan Old Pallas, Paddy Ryan Oola, Linda Myres Solohead, Donal Bourke Oola.

Next week’s jackpot will be €3,200 and the draw will take place in Neily’s Bar Oola.


Child Protection Workshop: 

Child Protection Workshop will take place in Oola Community Centre on Wednesday 21st March from 7 to 10pm.

Workshop is mandatory for anyone involved with an underage team or a Senior Team that has players under 18. Young people aged 16 to 18 can attend the Workshop with prior written consent from their parents. 

If you have attended this workshop previously, with any GAA club, you do not need to attend again.

Race Night:

Oola GAA Race night will take place in Hogan’s Bar Oola this Sunday 18th March. This is always an enjoyable night all support is greatly appreciated.


Club Limerick Draw:

Peter Gardiner, Alan O ’Mahoney and Sinead Burns will be collecting money for CLUB Limerick draw 2018.  The first draw will take place the end of March. It provides a valuable source of finance to all clubs. New member are welcome
